But people don’t even know that there are different types of millets other than Jowar, Bajra, and Ragi. There are in total 9 types of millets each with its unique characteristics and culinary uses as follow:

  1. Barnyard Millet:-Barnyard millet, also known as Sanwa/ Jhangora is considered one of the easiest millets to digest.
