  • 2 tbsp oil (coconut or olive)
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1/2 tsp Hing (asafoetida)
  • 1-inch ginger, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 10-12 curry leaves
  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • Salt, to taste
Recipe Instructions:

  3. Add Hing, ginger, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add chopped onion and cook until light brown.
  5. Mix in chopped veggies, salt, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add 1 cup water, bring to a boil, then add drained Little Millets.
  7. Mix well, adjust salt, and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
